Leadership strategies
Job search is like getting fit. Although we all know how to do it, it doesn't make it any easier to get up every morning and commit ourselves to discipline which requires to be successful it requires effort.
Some suggestions:
-?Don... Don't give up. Commit yourself to work daily to find your next opportunity.
-Network, network, network.
-Be realistic about the opportunities available. For example, many people find that employers want to contract workers (1099) rather than a permanent full-time staff.
So, just like getting fit, your research requires discipline and commitment and desire to get there is to find your next opportunity.
